Red Fryk Hey is an accomplished Italian dancer, teacher, and professional choreographer. Active in the Italian Hip Hop scene since 2009, she has made a name for herself by winning and reaching the finals in various contests, both in Italy and abroad, as a dancer and choreographer. Red has collaborated with numerous renowned brands, including Nike and Aw Lab. In 2019, she was among the 16 dancers selected for the prestigious "Red Bull Dance Your Style" competition in Italy, and in 2021, the Italian magazine Donna Moderna featured her on the cover along with an in-depth interview.
Throughout her career, Red has danced with various dance companies and has embarked on her journey as a solo dancer since 2017, showcasing her talent through original performances and theatrical creations. She believes that energy, humility, passion, commitment, a thirst for knowledge, awareness, constant training, creativity, study, and determination are the essential ingredients for achieving one's goals.
